Gerard Norsa has been working as a journalist and writer since 1989. After spending eight years as a motoring and motorsports writer, Gerard switched his journalism endeavours to the IT industry in 1997 and has been continuously expanding his subject matter expertise ever since.
Gerard is an award-winning former editor of the market-leading IT industry weekly, Australian Reseller News (ARN). He became a partner in Schmooze Communications in 2003.

Tania Evans started Schmooze Communications after working full time for 14 years in media sales for the Australian operation of global ICT publishing company IDG Communications.
Tania now manages Schmooze Communications and oversees the media and marketing services side of the business. Extensive experience in the IT and publishing industries has helped her develop extensive knowledge of the different media outlets servicing the industry. Tania enjoys close working relationships with senior journalists and writers covering this market sector.
In addition, Tania has helped to develop and manage marketing and business development programs for many organisations of all sizes. This includes developing marketing collateral, product roadshows, lead generation initiatives, customer reference programs, conferences and strategic planning.
She works closely with clients to help them establish communications strategies and then demonstrates how to co-ordinate and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers as well as appropriate journalists and media outlets.
